Ordering Procedure
Once your proof pictures or album is delivered the next step is yours. Whether your pictures are in a book/album or a folio, each picture has an identification number on the bottom right hand corner or on the rear. This is the number you will use when placing your order for reprints or enlargements.
Wedding Albums:
If you are ordering a wedding enlargement album or parent albums, you simply have to make a list of the pictures you choose for each album and email that list to me at Andrews Bay Photography chuxpix@wowway.com . You may also choose to visit the studio and make your picture choices in person. (This usually needs to happen within a month of your receiving your proof album). Once you have communicated the list of pictures to me, it will take approximately ten working days to have the pictures printed and ready to deliver. When the pictures are ready to deliver I will either email or call you to let you know you can pick your finished order up at the studio.
Senior Pictures:
If you are placing your order for your senior portfolio you will need to make a follow-up appointment with me at the studio to discuss the package you have chosen, which additional items you desire, and your choice of pictures for your package. At this time we can also discuss retouching (if needed), picture special effects, or possibly scheduling an additional sitting.
This is also the time to let me know of any referrals you might have as a result of showing your proofs to your friends. Remember, each referral I shoot is worth $50 from your package price and if I shoot four or more other seniors that you have referred, the balance of your package is paid in full – regardless of the package you have chosen!
You need to contact me between two and three weeks after receiving your proofs to schedule your follow-up appointment. After you have placed your order it usually takes approximately ten working days (depending on special requests) to complete printing your order and have it ready to deliver.
Family Portraits, Engagement or Bridal Portraits, Glamour Shots or Commercial photography are handled similar to Senior Pictures procedures.
